Too Much To Eat
Question #1. Regarding the egg whites. How do we eat them. Can we fry them in a little butter? I also saw on the site a egg white supplement that you mix in what ever your eating? Would that take the place of the egg whites? However would I still be hungry by not getting the real food.
Answer: As far as the protein content goes, the substatute would take its place. However you would not feel as full. Your right! You can use a little butter for sure. I dont want you to go insane!
Question #2. I need to lose approx 25 pounds, I weigh 175 and am 5'7". The diet I saw for 170 is to many calories for me. I usually can only eat 1200 and work out just to loose a little. Plus I am 55 years old, but I have always tried to stay in shape. Are these diets for younger folks? Thanks,,,,
Answer: The caloric amount is correct however I can understand if its too much for you to eat. It is designed to produce results unlike the starvation diets that other companies push. You should be eating between 1400 and 1800 calories a day, if not your body will think it is starving and never burn fat.
Dont worry about your age, the diet is for everyone. Get To IT!
