4 easy fitness questions

Is it better to do cardio after lifting or before lifting?

Answer: After

Also, what's the best method to get a lasting 6 pack?

Answer: Eat six small meals a day, resistance train 3 days a week and do cardio 4 times a week.

And I have a problem eating too much for breakfast (too much cereal, other carbs,etc). How do I fix this problem?

Answer: Buy a book on self control and take charge and respondiblilty for your own actions. If you do not want to do something...stop.

Could you please add more of your army bodyweight workouts?

Answer: Sure Can! I'll put some up again soon.

What can I say? WOW!
